Trees
From the data of many Yardys there are several as yet unconnected trees. Here we give a sample of three trees representing different family groups in different locations in The Fens. These have been automatically generated, so when you click on one of the links below a new window will open. Either click on the 'main trees page' link on the tree home page or go back to the other tab or window in your browser.
Published Trees
In each of the trees below you can view pedigree charts, individual fact sheets, family group sheets, as well as an index of surnames. For full instructions click on the help menu within the tree's web page.
- John Yardy (1785) - This tree represents descendants of one of the March Yardy families, of which there were 9 households in the 1841 census.
- John William Yardy (1785) - Not to be confused with the above John Yardy (1795). This John Yardy's tree represents descendants of the Yardys of Walpole St. Peters, near Wisbech.
- Thomas (John) Yardy (1787) - Thomas (who in later later life used his middle name John) was one of the Whittlesey Yardys. This tree traces four generations, many of whom remained in Whittlesey, but you will find some descendants in Spalding, Yorkshire and Portsmouth. The full story of the Whittlesey Yardys can be found in our documents section.
